Importing SWT into Eclipse: “No projects found to import”

Using Eclipse (Helios) and following the “Hello World SWT” tutorial, I would get “No projects found to import” when trying to import SWT into my new project. Turns out the current SWT archive (3.6) is incomplete. I was able to import SWT 2.5.2 into my project. Download it here.

  1. you should try to create a new project from an existing resource.it isnt working because eclipse would want to find .project files of which if not found it will return no project found error. to get rid of this create a new project from an existing resource it will work
