I have the habit of being in the middle of several books at the same time. I found Darwin’s Ghost by Steve Jones at the library. And I picked up Charles Darwin’s Origin of Species. I’ve always been interested in evolution. I’ve read a few of Dawkin’s books, and I’m finally getting around to reading Darwin. Darwin’s Ghost is supposed to be a modern, chapter by chapter update to the Origin of Species. I thought that it would help me read Origin of Species. It’s not extremely helpful for me, no because it’s no good, because it is good, but because Origin of Species is so readable.
